“the service is not bad but still to improve, other than revising the date.. by means of moving the one day later or earlier, it is not fair to cancel the order and create a new order from a new rate.. which increase the price tremendously.. and second problem i had.. the insurance.. be careful with insurance.. it is very expensive and better buy before arriving to rental counter.. it is always advertised that insurance is fully included and even recommended not to buy any insurance in the rental counter but i am informed by car rental company that only the minimum insurance is included.. with a minimum cap and i spent, almost additional >300 euro on insurance.. wrong advertisement”
