I did the reservation for this car many months in advance to make sure I could have the car model/brand proposed and requested by me. Few days before my reservation date I contacted Easy Terra to see how we can secure that I will have the expected car model/brand, but I regret that Easy Terra was not so helpful on that and just suggested me to contact directly Budget. I would have expected better support from Easy Terra.
