Car was similar to the one I booked. Tyre pressure light showed constantly although we checked the tyres daily.

I wish, the fact that I would need to pay for extra driver directly to the rental company and not EasyTerra, would have presented to me a bit clearer. I did not notice it from the beginning, and it was relatively unpleasant surprise. I fully understand it's my duty to read the T&Cs carefully, thus I am expressing a wish, and a suggestion to present such fact clearer, and it's not a complaint. Also, it would be good that information on the booking features would be presented clearer, as the voucher PDF indicates only abbreviations - CDW, THP, ZQ. Yes, below section "your rental includes" indicates Collision Damage Waver (CDW), Theft Protection (THP), but what's ZQ? Is this "Refundable Excess with Super Cover". There is no explanation of ZQ abbr on the FAQ section of your website.

Not sure if it should be addressed to the rental company or easyterra but it relates to how the cars are marketed. Instead of Citroen C3 got Fiat Doblo. I would like to have received more highlight on the fact that it can be a different car. I want to be clear that it wasn't a bad car, or that I did not like the car that I've received. While I was fully aware of the writings "or similar" during the booking process, but the fact that I got totally different car, that is a different body type / size, was unexpected. I have another active booking via easyterra in Italy in Nov 2019, and checked the rental company's website and they don't even have the car (make and model) on their fleet that was booked, or at least it's not on their website. What's the point in booking a specific car that is a very high chance you won't get. I think such way of marketing is very misleading and I lost the trust in booking specific make and model. While I understand it can be an issue affecting all companies in the industry, but my provider is easyterra so I'm addressing my feedback to them.
