I was disappointed at the
I was disappointed at the reception desk. Even though I had full insurance from easy terra, at the reception they don't have the data about it. They asked me to take another insurance. However, I refused to take it. For the future it will nice if alamo or other car rentals pre informed about customers who took insurance through website. For me it was unnecessary argument.

There car was not really
There car was not really in great condition. Pretty well used. Had a smoke smell in it, which was annoying ( but maybe standard for France). I reported the smoke smell to Alamo, as I was concerned they would charge me for cleaning, but they did not give me a reference number for the conversation when I asked for it. However in the end it was not a concern. Besides the car they overall experience was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
