You should specify that when

You should specify that when choosing insurance package with EasyTerra is not the same as taking one with the rental company. In this case you’ll be charged with damages and then you must claim back with EasyTerra. I believe is better to go directly either way the rental company. Customer should be informed of that

everything was good!

Everything has been almost perfect

Everything has been almost perfect except that nowhere was written that the the Rental Car desk was a couple of km far from Fiumicino airport and that I was expected to take a little bus from exit number 1 departure floor ... this caused me to spend almost 1 hrs spinning around and asking for Centauro. At the end I had to call directly the rental car company ( the customer service number ) that contacted the local agency for the pick up. This part could be improved putting some information about the Rental car company in the voucher

Rome Fiumicino Airport is also known as Leonardo Da Vinci Airport, but it is usually called Fiumicino Airport, and it is the most important airport of Rome. It is a busy airport: in 2005, it processed 29 million passengers. The airport has four terminals, and between them there is a shuttle bus connection every 20 minutes. The shuttle bus also stops at the long parking area. The airport is located 26 kilometres to the south-west of Rome, and it is easy to reach by car from the ring road around the Italian capital. It is also easy to reach by train and bus. The airport has one hotel, which is connected to the terminals and to the train station via an air bridge. There is a free shuttle to two other hotels in the surrounding area.

There is an extensive shopping area with over 130 shops. In all terminals there are (snack) bars, cafés and restaurants. There is a business centre with limited opening hours, and there are two VIP-Lounges with showers and computers with Internet access. Also, the airport houses banks, money exchange offices, ATM machines and post offices.
