The confirmation of booking is confusing. First time the system show the payment is rejected. The status of book is pending. So I tried to contact with the service team, he told me the payment is approved. The booking is ok. I tried to find my reservation status on the web site, it still remain pending. It confused me for a long time.

Enterprise you CAN use debit

Enterprise you CAN use debit card, that’s why I always use them! You need to reflect this in your documents as I was very stressed that it clearly stated credit card only! I contacted Enterprise to double check nothing had changed and they assured me debit card is accepted! Of course when I arrived I used my debit card. Please adjust your notes on bookings to state this and save another customer stress

I did the reservation for

I did the reservation for this car many months in advance to make sure I could have the car model/brand proposed and requested by me. Few days before my reservation date I contacted Easy Terra to see how we can secure that I will have the expected car model/brand, but I regret that Easy Terra was not so helpful on that and just suggested me to contact directly Budget. I would have expected better support from Easy Terra.

General information

Gare Montparnasse is located in Paris' 15th district, near the center. The Louvre is only at a 15-minute walking distance. It's the point of departure for the TGV Atlantique, with destinations such as Tours, Bordeaux, Rennes and Nantes. There's nothing left of the old station from 1840. In the sixties of the last century, the building was replaced by a modern station with offices.

Transportation

Do you want to visit Paris? The taxi stands can be found outside the Pasteur concourse and the central concourse. Paris' city buses stop around the station. Most buses stop at Place Raoul Dautry. Here you can also find line 91, which runs directly to Gare de Lyon and Gare d’Austerlitz. The Air France shuttle bus for the different airports also stops at the station. It stops every half hour on the Rue du Commandant René Mouchotte at the Hotel Le Méridien. The large subway station is situated underneath the station. Lines 4, 6, 12, and 13 stop here. The subway entrance is located on level -1, but is clearly signposted. You can also rent a car. In the Pasteur concourse of Paris Montparnasse you'll find the car rental companies Avis, National, Europcar, and Sixt.

There's an information desk in each concourse. Gare Montparnasse also has a lost-and-found desk, an exchange office, a police station, lockers, restrooms and showers, ATMs, and Wi-Fi.

Restaurants

Gare Montparnasse has an extensive selection of places to eat. Those who like coffee can go to Starbucks (level -1). You can also dine sumptuously or get a quick bite to eat at one of the many takeout restaurants.

Shops

There are enough shops to choose from, including boutiques, shoe shops, a jeweler, a luggage store, kiosks, tobacconists, and drugstores.
