I used easy terra 3 times already because I find good offers and detailed information about them. If you find a good offer you must catch it right away, because it can be for just 1car!

I have been using Easyterra since it exists, and have never had a probleM It substantially lowered the cost of my car renting in Europe. From Ibiza, to Sardinia, Greece, spain, switzerland, etc... I did however not get an as good price when I tried to reserve for same day pickup. I guess there system does not have access to same day prices. I found another website that did. I have always trusted Easyterra, and they have always answered my call and have been very professional. I strongly recommend. Good luck during COVID, this pandemic will soon be over, hang in there.

Bij EasyTerra is het makkelijk en snel boeken, tegen scherpe prijzen. Ik kies altijd voor full insurance, wat ook altijd goed gaat. Zo ook voor een paar weken terug in Kreta bij Drive autoverhuur die mij 185 euro kosten in rekening bracht. Dit omdat er een kras op de achterbumper zat. Ik kreeg deze 185 euro vrij snel terug betaald van EasyTerra.

Heb de meeste autobedrijven op de site al gehad. Grote ketens, kleinere aanbieders..het gaat altijd min of meer hetzelfde: als je geen full insurance/all risk boekt proberen ze je verzekeringen aan te smeren. Ik boek vaak met de no worry verzekering waarbij je terugbetaling krijg van het eigen risico bij evt schade. Dan nog zullen ze je vertellen dat je niet goed verzekerd ben. Heel vervelend. Het beste is om van te voren de auto scherp na te kijken op schades en een klein filpje van de staat van de auto te maken. En je credit card afrekening in de gaten houden of ze niet iets hebben afgeschreven. Autobedrijven zouden veel duidelijker moeten zijn hoe de verzekering is geregeld, en de website dus ook.

When I received the booking, the date I had filled out appeared to be incorrect. I sent an e-mail asking for it to be corrected. The next day they had already corrected it and I received a new voucher.
