I wanted a printed receipt
I wanted a printed receipt when I dropped off the car, and asked twice. The fellow who checked me in said no, and that I would receive one by email. Nothing came, and after 10 days, I wrote to Europcar to request one. Three days later, I received one by email. All worked out in the end, but didn't feel very professional as I was going through it.

on the return of the
on the return of the vehicle... no one was there at the drop off... i went to the counter to tell them where the car, advise them of mileage and full tank BUT was told to go back to the car and return the keys as well !! there was no sign anywhere of the procedure and it was a bit annoying as the people were not too helpful nor kind

In Charles de Gaulle airport
In Charles de Gaulle airport there are several Europcar rental desks, each desk has a different parking bay that it is responsible for (this is true for all rental companies there). There is no indication as to which desk you need to go to in order to pick up your car. If your rental is not a standard one (I rented a seven seater) they prepare you car at one of the rental car parking bays and there is no way of knowing in advance which desk you need to go to. Personally we went to one desk and it turned out that our car was prepared a different desk - we needed to look for it for another 20 minutes since the directions to the car rental services at the airport are extremely poor. In the end we picke up the car and everything was fine, but the experience was terrible.
