“I always rented cars from easyterra. Mostly, it has the best prices around and honestly the service desk is very competent. I remember that I got called from US, eventhough i live in Italy when a reservation went wrong. Lately, they also put up information on how much the rental companies would block on your credit, not all of the brokers have that info. Best prices, good service. Only downside is the insurance they provide, honestly everything is excluded...”

“Was OK”

“Booking through EasyTerra was easy and good. Unfortunately Budget (Stuttgart) charged a lot of extra costs which were not or not clearly listed in German. They tried to sell us an upgrade at additional costs. I didn't accept but then it turned out I had received another upgrade. They're swindlers and I am disappointed in Budget!”
