Good, except in a 3 day rental it is a bit funny, that on the road the first day you get a mail. "It is time to bring back your car soon" a few hours after pick up....what.

Edinburgh Airport in a nutshell

Edinburgh Airport used to be a military airport: Turnhouse Aerodrome, which is what the Scots still call it. In recent years, the airport has been renovated. It is a fast growing airport which in 2030 is expected to process 26 million passengers each year. In 2007, work will begin on the construction of a light-rail that will connect the airport to Edinburgh. Until that is ready, the airport can be reached by bus and car. The airport is located 12 kilometres to the west of the city, along the A8, which leads to the city.

There is one hotel at the airport. There are a reason number of cafés, (snack) bars and restaurants. There is also a big shopping area that will be completely renovated and expanded in 2006. There are a number of business lounges: BMI, British Airways and Scotways have their own lounges. The Servisair lounge can be used by anybody, against payment. Other facilities: banks, exchange offices and ATM machines. In various locations there is wireless Internet and there are toys for children.
