I have always had an excellent experience with Easyterra whenever I have used you but on this occasion I would like you to look in to my comments regarding Budget to see if you can put any pressure on them to stop their practice. i suggest that when there

i suggest that when there are more than one car rental office at the airport you need to to note to it. ie in Dubai there are 2-3 offices for Avis, one at at each terminal (1 or 2 or 3), and the sometimes there are no link between the offices. thanks

I returned the car late

I returned the car late on a hot afternoon and the car rental center had this atrocious smell of sweat and strong body odor. It was was embarrassing to suggest to people to use air fresheners or naphthalene tablets. I felt bad for the only female worker there that she might catch something. If anything, something needs to be done about this issue.
