The shared reception with Hertz

The shared reception with Hertz was a little difficult to locate in Fuminicio. It wasn't clearly indicated. On arrival there were crowds of customers who had not received their car or were intending to rent. Reception was very slow. We arrived at the desk 40 minutes before the time I had rented the car from and left to pick it up 35 minutes after a process time of around 1 hour 15 minutes. I have no complaints about the car quality as this far exceeded my expectations. The staff were helpful and courteous.
