Very fast service at the
Very fast service at the desk, friendly and helpful. Innovative car injury monitoring solution - everything is saved electronically in a handheld computer. It disturbed me that desk worker (woman) talked personal talk with the other workers during the service and had not focused on us.

Very good service in Hertz
Very good service in Hertz Vatican. We were too late returning the car, because not founding our rental apartment at time and then having already paid tickets to Vatican museums. But lucky us, there was garage open even that the office was already closed so we manage to return the car later that evening. All thought it would be very nice to know that option in advance.
