We were given a car

We were given a car that looked like it had been in a war zone, despite 12 crosses identifying damage to the car two additional areas of damage were present, plus the car had no aerial (so clearly had not been checked prior to the hire). The car also had an awful smell of smoke. All in all a very unsatisfactory hire from a company whose standards appear to have slipped, as we had used them frequently in the past.

Since there was no stand

Since there was no stand of Goldcar on Porto airport, we had difficulties in finding the shuttlebus. I took us half an hour walking to P1 and back plus a phone call to finally find the person who could take us to the shuttle bus. My suggestion is to put a board/sign or something next to the other car rental stands.
