To improve: An automatic invoice

To improve: An automatic invoice of the final tolls charged after rental should be sent without having to ask for it by sending an email to their back office operations team (who didn’t respond). Great: Front staff and shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. Know this: As a renter just know the T&C beforehand and prepare for that you will be fine with Drive on holidays. Take a video of the state of the car before you take it out and you will be clear if a scratch was yours or existing. No disputes then.
