Oh my god the your staff in Munich were excellent! I called to change the reservation and upgrade and your staff was very efficient. I mentioned we were driving to Munich and asked if the Xmas markets would be open. She gave that information and more. I am very satisfied and will rent again in 2 weeks from your company and Fleet.
