Split Airport in a nutshell

Split Airport is located 25 kilometers west of Split on the Adriatic coast. It's the second busiest airport in Croatia, only Zagreb is busier. Split handles more than one million passengers annually. The Croats call the airport Zracna Luka Split or Kastel Airport. There is one terminal for all flights.

There is no rail connection from the airport to Split, but it's easily accessible by car or by bus. There are local buses and shuttle buses that run to the city center. There is no hotel at the airport, but there are several hotels nearby.
