With only 2 people in

With only 2 people in front of us, it took over an hour to have our turn at the desk and then anoth painful 30 minutes filling in paperwork where they made us question our worryfree insurance from EasyTerra. The car was full of dents and scratches and was dirty. I purposely book Alamo as it was a known brand but obviously they have a different standard.
