Overall Avis provided a very

Overall Avis provided a very good service. People were very friendly. The only less positive aspects were the waiting for the shuttle bus to go to the desk and pick up point that was not exactly in the airport and the waiting in the desk. I think at some hours of the day they need to have either more personel working there or be more fast with the clients.
