Jersey Airport is a relatively small, but very modern airport on the Channel Island of Jersey which is part of the United Kingdom. There are two terminals, the old terminal being for incoming flights and the newer terminal processing departing flights.
The airport is situated 7 kilometers northwest of Saint Helier, Jersey's capital. There are no trains on Jersey, but a regular bus maintains the connection between the airport and the capital. The airport is also easily reachable by car.
The airport has few, but good quality, eating and drinking facilities. There are also some shops, including a large duty-free shop and a WH Smith bookstore. There are two VIP lounges. Extensive business facilities, including meeting and conference rooms, are offered by the larger hotels in the capital. The airport has public computers with internet connection and wireless internet is free for the first thirty minutes. Other facilities at Jersey Airport include banks, exchange offices, and ATMs.
