It took me longer than expected to find the place once out of the arrivals of the airport. May I suggest that a map of Heraklion airport showing the location of SurPrice be provided at the time of booking?

Car in Heraklion was very
Car in Heraklion was very old (8-10) years, very noisy with technical faults sound from wheel and brake. I replaced the car, they were kind and tried to help, but replacement car was also very old. Other options were smaller cars. I would recommend to pay a little extra and work with bigger company next time.
