It is unclear with whom one has a legal contract. Easyterra or Goldcar. The contract clearly comes from Easyterra, how then can Goldcar charge their own guarantee deposit. I would advise you to rewrite the text en reconsider the lay-out of the contract and its conditions so that it is more accessible to read.
