This service has been great

This service has been great for us, have used it happily over the last year or 2. I am currently waiting for a response to a damage claim through AutoEurope on this same booking so I cannot comment too much on that experience. Have been waiting for 10 days without a reply so far, not sure what is usual.

We originally booked a trip for May but had to alter our plans. I was able to easily change the dates for the rental service. I liked the clear communication regarding station fees and having a confirmation clearly listing what was included and what would be expected at the pick-up counter gave me peace of mind. Granada Airport in a nutshell

The official name of the airport is Federico García Lorca, after the Spanish poet, but everyone just calls it Granada Airport. The airport is located 17 kilometres to the west of Granada and over 100 kilometres to the south of Jaén.

There is no train connection to the airport. Synchronous to the incoming flights, there is a bus service to the centre of Granada .

There are no hotels at the airport. There are a limited number of places to eat and drink. There is a large multishop. The airport has a VIP Lounge that can be rented. It offers space for up to 30 people. In the central hall there are three cash machines, as well as a First Aid station. The airport is accessible to disabled people.
