Easyterra is one of the cheapest, if not the cheapest site for a car rental. Unfortunately I was given a Renault Kwid which to my opinion is not a great car. Just does not feel safe and does not drive very nice. If it had been another car it would have been full score. And an easy site to use. The worry free option is also great. But with many car rental companies you must be aware that they can miss scratches before you take the car so do inspect yourself and take photo's.

Only thing , personnel can explain why your credit card have to be swiped again when collecting the vehicle after your payment have been done on line when booking was made

So far so go with all my past booking, exept that in some car hire co. they want extra documentation that I would not have been told upfront to bring: i.e. working permit....etc

Overall a good experience. Had a locking issue, which in South Africa was not a good start, but was resolved quickly with a dedicated effort. Rear brake light was out from get go, but didn’t do much night driving so ok.

The value for money is excellent. It is a huge drawcard to have a R0.00 excess as well as an additional driver at no extra cost. It is easy to book and receive confirmation. I will definitely continue using the easyterra website to book vehicles and have told friends about it. However, we have not found the service at Europcar in South Africa that efficient.

Very easy and clear website. Excellent service.

1. The cues in the office when we arrived to pick up and sign for our car were very long and very slow. 2. Good help from the gentleman at the counter - no complaints there 3. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help us in the parking lot as there was not a single person there when we went to find our car in the lot. When the lady eventually came, she had a very bad attitude. Not customer friendly and not helpful. 4. The car was NOT clean.
