Eindhoven Airport in a nutshell

Eindhoven (Welschap) Airport was originally an air base, but has grown considerably in recent years mainly due to budget airlines. The military part of the airport is still called Welschap, but for civil aviation the airport is called Eindhoven Airport.

There is no train connection to the airport. However, a bus goes to Eindhoven Central Station four times per hour. Travel time is approximately 20 minutes.

There are no hotels at the airport. There is only one store with various items. Furthermore, there is a snack bar, a self service and an à la carte restaurant. There is a Business Centre on the first floor, where you can use various business services (telephone, fax, photo-copying and computers). There are office and meeting rooms for rent, all with laptop connections. The terminal building has wireless internet and there are ATMs. There is a medical service on the first floor, this is also a first aid station, which you can contact through the service desks. The airport is easily accessible for disabled people.
