As good as it gets. No issues, no worries, telephone support was friendly and helpful. In the past 20 years I tried a different company once, but never again. Keep doing what you are doing and I will a customer!

Maybe it could be a bit more specific on the reservation statement that the additional driver is free. It was there but in small letters at the bottom. Since they couldn't read English (or at least they acted like it), they said we had to pay for the additional driver.

It is hard to request help in Mexico when you have no customer service available to assist. Please look into a customer service base that can assist customers when based in different time zones

I would suggest you look into the practice of renting out bad cars maybe in this specific rental place. I expect a decent car and did not get one.

I e used you for many years always great rates but reliability is sometimes an issue. Sometimes I’ve found out that the rental location is far from the airport even though that’s not communicated. Next time I ll probably try renting directly and see if it’s any better.

I have rented cars several

I have rented cars several times with Easy Terra, and I never had to face a scam like that, with a rental company (Thrifty) that is supposed to be a serious one. They put in a big question about the insurance that Easy Terra offers with the rental, and I think that Easy Terra should clarify that topic with the rental companies, because as a client, I became very worried about the validity of the insurance that Easy Terra offers, and I don´t know what could happen if I rent cars with Easy Terra in the future.

Guadalajara Airport has officially been named after a freedom fighter who liberated Mexico from Spain's rule.

The airport is situated 17 kilometers southeast of Guadalajara's city center. There's no train connection with the airport, but minibuses leave for the city's central bus station. The airport is easily reachable by car because of a freeway (road number 23) which runs between the city and the airport.

The airport has few shops, restaurants, and (snack) bars, but there's a Starbucks coffee shop. There's one VIP lounge (Salón Centurion). Extensive business services are offered by the airport hotel Casa Grande which has meeting and conference rooms available. The airport offers wireless internet (free in the coffee shop and at Burger King). Other facilities at Guadalajara Airport include banks, ATMs, and exchange offices.
