The car was not clean

The car was not clean at all. This is pretty disgusting, even empty bottles which I gave to the staff.

Reason for the bad rating

Reason for the bad rating was the condition of the first vehicle offered. I declined the vehicle since it was beat up with major dents and scratches all around. I informed the delivery clerk that a vehicle in those conditions should be taken out of the fleet for reconditioning. He complied and went back to the manager. After 10 min he brought a 2018 Jetta in better condition.
