The pick-up at the Naples

The pick-up at the Naples train station is a two-step process. First you must leave the station, walk about a block to the Hertz office to complete the paperwork. Then you must carry your baggage another block and a half to the garage to pick up the car. (Trying to get the car, then renavigate the incredibly clogged streets between the garage and the office would be foolhardy for a novice of driving in Italy.) Some warning would have been appreciated. Otherwise, everyone we dealt with at Hertz was friendly and professional.
