The website froze when I was booking. The email didn't make clear that the rental has been successful. I had to phone thrifty to check they had the booking. Other than that a great experience.

It was noted in your website that the car rental company was in terminal but it was not. It required a shuttle bus. It was very frustrating as I was pressed with time and with two kids and was under the impression that I booked an in terminal car rental.
