Poorly organized and equipped, bad

Poorly organized and equipped, bad infra structure, non accommodating to waiting customers. This situation results in a stressed atmosphere which has a negative spin off. Probably easy to make things better with simple actions. Address your customers, explain the waiting situation and accommodate them with a cold drink or mobile check in desk.
