Easyterra is my favorite booking platform for rental cars. Not only for holiday cars but also business trips. I like the online portal where you can see your rental history and download invoices and vouchers

The site and the prices are great. However, I would like to get more filters to search. For instance a filter for how much a rental company will block on your credit card will be quite useful.

Efficient and excellent service. Haven't had any problems renting cars via Easyterra so far and have used them for quite a few years.

I always rented cars from easyterra. Mostly, it has the best prices around and honestly the service desk is very competent. I remember that I got called from US, eventhough i live in Italy when a reservation went wrong. Lately, they also put up information on how much the rental companies would block on your credit, not all of the brokers have that info. Best prices, good service. Only downside is the insurance they provide, honestly everything is excluded...

I enjoy using easyterra in Europe as well as in the US. The process of booking is simple and reliable.

I use the service of Easyterra for few years and actually, I like how it works. The prices for car rental are reasonable and generally all conditions are implemented. But once I was worried when I had not received a final confirmation. I called to the agency and then everything had been settled. Often, at places, I have offered a better model of car then has been booked. I recommend my friends Easyterra as it is reliable resource.

Good cars and good service

Easy to book and great value!

Usually fine, but the last experience : 5 days car rental of Alamo-enterprise in Frankfurt airport was not: I was billed in advance by easyterra in and that's fine. The problem is that On the day of car drop (12.12.2017) I was billed once more, this time by Enterprise. On 18.12.2017 I've phoned Enterprise in Frankfurt airport and they promised to return the money (177 Euros) after Christmas but now we are already after the new year and the money was not returned yet. After 10 rentals in Frankfurt at the last year and a half, excluding the US I have many doubts if to continue and rent cars from Alamo-Enterprise via EasyTerra.

good prices, range of offering, of insurances and services

Great customer service. Very helpful. And they handled a little issue we had caused by a delayed flight with excellent care and offered a workable solution. It was our second experience with EasyTerra, and we will use their services again.
