After waiting for a long

After waiting for a long time to the desk of Europcar in Oslo Airport (over 30 min) we were notified that they running out of cars and they have to bring a car from a nearby branch. We had to wait for another 45 min. The reservation was in the system for long time. It shows a really poor management to suddenly run out of cars....
