When I booked the car

When I booked the car I picked one in the category of a Mitsubishi Colt. At the desk I got a Fiat Panda, which in my opinion is a car less in quality and size as the one I picked. A customer who was helped just before me, retuned to the desk asking for a Colt. He could not get one as there where none. I did't even bother asking for another car then.
