Our flight arrived early and
Our flight arrived early and immigration was very quick so we were at the rental desk about an hour before the time we had indicated that we may be picking up our vehicle. The representative at the desk stated that he would have to charge us a penalty that was more than the entire cost of our rental for 2 weeks to pick up an hour early and he made us wait for an hour while minimal business was ongoing. I think this is a glitch in an otherwise great rental experience, but definitely after a long flight we were not appreciative of this wait.
