we got a flat tire

we got a flat tire. No spare, so we had to be rescued by Europcar service (good). Unfortunately the tyre size was not available, so we left the car and return to LONDON BY TRAIN.

We waited a long time

We waited a long time at Eurocar; no-one seemed to be in any sort of hurry to get started. There was only one other customer who was being dealt with. Eventually, on prompting the only assistant, he called another who didn't appear for probably 5 minutes She was very helpful. How they would have dealt with a plane load of customers doesn't bear thinking about. Your letter about insurance cover did not deter her trying to sell Eurpcar insurance's own product - although not over energetically.
