It would have been helpful
It would have been helpful if had been advised prior to pickup that the desk in the North Terminal of Gatwick was no longer operational. Had booked a hotel near the North Terminal so wouldn't have to drag luggage too far but ended up having to catch the shuttle bus and walk to the South Terminal to collect the car. At least we were still able to drop the car off at the North Terminal when we left.
