Went fast, friendly and efficient

Went fast, friendly and efficient. They understood that we had the insurance via EasyTerra, so no endless discussions regaring insurances. Quite some damages at the car that weren't mentioned so we made a new document, very friendly guy that helped us on that. Inside of the car was not the cleanest.

Europcar was very good in accommodating our request to change our vehicle needs at the counter. The staff in the pickup area was also very good in answering our many questions regarding the internal workings of the unfamiliar vehicle, ie: seat adjustments, switching GPS instructions to English.
