I was most satisfied with
I was most satisfied with Avis. The consultant at the desk was most helpful and upgraded our car to enable us to have a GPS, informed us about the implications if we upgraded our insurance cover (which we did) and gave us useful information about the tolls that we would encounter en route (without which we may have struggled somewhat). Well done, young man, you are a credit to your company's service at CDG airport.

Car had damage to the
Car had damage to the left rear door, and was not as clean(interior) as i would have expected. Very long time at the counter waiting to be served, Once served the gentleman was very pleasant to work with.Directed to a waiting car but would have appreciated a little guidance re the instruments etc.

staff was overwhelmed in Paris
staff was overwhelmed in Paris. several customers with problems delayed the pick up. car was not washed, was left dirty inside by previous renter.i declined waiting an extra 30 minutes for Avis to clean it up because the trip was already tiring. Besides, staff was friendly and cooperative.
