I hope the feedback reaches
I hope the feedback reaches to the correct audience. Positive ------------ 1. Very simple website which provides everything smoothly in few steps. Keep it up. 2. I will use EasyTerra first for booking but go elsewhere only if the car is not available or EasyTerra does not provide services for a particular country e.g. Iceland Negative -------------- 1. I did rescheduling of my booking 1st time. It took too much time to connect to the concerned person. This should be possible online than giving a call in today's digital world. 2. I am not able to find car rental for Iceland on your website. Improvements --------------------- 1. When customer returns his car, the deposit retained on credit card is not released immediately. EasyTerra can look at providing an email to their customer when the deposit is released by the renting company. Again in today's digital world this is not going to be a rocket science. According to my market experience in other field, this will prove a "WOW" factor.
