Everything as expected. Desk in/next

Everything as expected. Desk in/next to arrival hall, near exit, less than 5 minutes walking from plane. That one desk is used by multiple car rental companies, so there may be a (short) queue upon arrival of a plane. On the car were no Volta4u stickers, but the name Avance rentals was indicated. Anyway, the Volta4u conditions applied. Our car was not brand new, but was very OK. When returning the car, there was already someone outside to receive and inspect the car. In other words, all went well.

Our flight was delayed. There

Our flight was delayed. There was no sign with 'volta' in the entrance hall of the airport or outside, despite the fact that we had given the flight details. We happened to stop a van that was driving away and were able to get in. The driver was completely unaware, we were not on his list. Very friendly lady at volta when receiving the car. Quick return and quick shuttle back to the airport. The car was old with a lot of damage on the outside and dirty inside.
