Your Toronto downtown drop off
Your Toronto downtown drop off location was very difficult to find and when we called to seek directions we were routed through the Phillipines, which is extremely frustrating. We had the same issue with communication with the Toronto office when we realised we had left a wallet in the car shortly after we dropped off the vehicle at Toronto airport. Instead of being able to speak with someone at the Thrifty Toronto Airport office to check on this and perhaps even retrieve it before our flight, we were again routed through the Phillipines and told to complete an on line lost property form. Thankfully it was found but the whole experience of not having direct communication options with your local staff is very frustrating. Other than that we had a good experience with your organisation and would not hesitate in rebooking through you again.
