I don't like that I

I don't like that I have to check the conditions of the car myself. I was told that there was a car ready for me without damage. I found a car with more than one damage. If I had not seen it, maybe I had to pay for it when I returned the car. The nice girl in the reception gave me another car , and it was perfect. She told me that she had forgotten the damage on the first one. I would like in the future that Your staff always follow me to the car to check it out. I sure would like to book car in your company again :-)
