Apart from not being located
Apart from not being located where I expected, namely in the arrivals hall, Thrifty's service was excellent. The gentleman at the counter efficiently processed the documentation, displaying politeness and courtesy. Additionally, the car provided was an upgrade from the one I had booked. Once the paperwork was complete, another gentleman escorted me to the car, carefully noting any existing damage. Within 10 minutes, we were on the road. It was one of the best car hire experiences I've had. I've used Thrifty before and will continue to do so in the future.
