When picking up the car

When picking up the car I had to sign few papers and had to present 2 ID's. On contrary - when returning the car, some Hertz manager turned out and I've just "signed" a touch screen terminal and that was it - no, even simple paper confirmation. Fair enough, but as this was an outdoor space (Atocha, Madrid) and the person came from behind the corner, someone could easily mimic everything and the car could be stolen. Yes - I did receive an email confirmation on the 1st working day (was returning the car on Sunday) Simply put: a printed confirmation on spot would help.
