Alicante is one of the best-known seaside resorts on the Costa Blanca in Spain. Alicante Station is called Alicante Terminal but is also referred to locally as RENFE station. The station was inaugurated in 1858 when the first train arrived from Madrid.
The station is situated at only 200 meters from the Mediterranean. Do you want to visit not only the many beaches, but also the beautiful surroundings? Taxis and buses are available at the southern exit. You can also rent bikes at the station. If you want to continue traveling in Alicante by rental car you can also go to the station. The car rental companies AVIS, Europcar, and National are represented.
The local Tourist Office can be found at the station's southern exit. In addition to travel information, the station has a policeman on duty and there are an ATM and an exchange office. Wi-Fi is also available and there's a post office.

The station has several shops including a boutique, a gift shop and a Relay kiosk for tobacco products and reading materials.
Alicante Terminal is open daily from 5.45 a.m. until 11.45 p.m.
