Improve signage at airport indicating where to get shuttle service. Improve number of shuttles at peak times. Use both the front desk and the return desk to issue cars during peak times. It was pretty difficult to
It was pretty difficult to locate the car at the pick up location. It would help a lot to mark cars' locations directly with their plate number on that hanging little board or at least by a brand name (opel, renault whatever) and group cars of the same brand together. It would speed up the process and make orientation much easier. Now it's a real pain.
