The office on the parking
The office on the parking deck was closed and we waited for about one hour until someone showed up. There was no information on whats going on up there and when your guy finally showed he told us to just take the car and leave - every customer should get the chance to report on damages before leaving. Drop off at the same location was good and quick though.

The exterior of the car
The exterior of the car was dirty so it was difficult to spot dents and scratches There were several spots not marked on the sheet describing the condition of the bodywork. Very friendly clerk though!
