What I found really strange
What I found really strange was that the agent didn’t come with me to the car to check its condition, the fuel level, or to point out any existing damages! Yet he signed the report as if he had done all that and confirmed the car was in good condition! I took pictures of the car from all sides, documenting all visible damages and the fuel level before even getting into the car. When I returned the vehicle to the agency, the agent inspected the car without me, which was also very strange, and then I was told there were new damages and that the fuel level was lower! Luckily, I had photos showing the car’s condition and the fuel level. I said that the agent did not inspect the car with me when I picked it up, which they can verify through their security cameras. My advice to everyone: always take photos of the vehicle before you even get in, regardless of what insurance package you have. Even if it’s like mine, which covers everything except total damage!
