Genoa Airport in a nutshell

Genoa is an important economic centre of Italy. In addition, it is a beautiful historical city that attracts more and more tourists. The airport has recently been modernised and processes over a million passengers each year. It is located seven kilometres to the west of the city and can only be reached by car and bus. There are buses every half an hour (between 6 am and 11.30 pm) between the airport and the train station in Genoa.

The Sheraton Genova Hotel is the only hotel at the airport. It is located 200 metres from the terminal building. The airport has a limited number of shops. In addition, there are three (snack) bars and a self-service restaurants. For business issues, there is a VIP Lounge. There are banks, exchange offices and ATM's. Also, there is a post office. The terminal is very accessible to disabled people.
