I booked a "Luxury" category
I booked a "Luxury" category car through EasyTerra, but when I picked up the car Hertz told me the category I booked was something else (I don't recall the name Hertz used, but it was not luxury). The car I got was a disappointment. It was a perfectly nice car (a Jeep Compass), but it was not luxury. I wanted a true luxury car, and that's what I thought I had reserved via EasyTerra, but it seems EasyTerra's system does not align with Hertz's system, and that was highly disappointing.

All was very good. Only
All was very good. Only room for improvement is that Hertz should be clearer about the recharge-before-return policy for electric cars. When I picked up the car the charge was at 100% but it is nearly impossible to return an electric car with 100% battery charge. Hertz knows this and their policy is fair but it's not clearly communicated, so we were left feeling pressured to return the car at a level of charge that was impossible to do. Thankfully Hertz did not charge us for returning the car at less than 100% charge, but we were stressed because we did not know what they would do.
