Hertz is a very good

Hertz is a very good company with a good service. The car I took had a problem with the lighter and wasn't charging my GPS so i had to call and they offered a better car. This was the only issue as I had to go back to the airport to pick the other one which was annoying but they immeidately changed the car.

Hertz is a great company

Hertz is a great company but this time on the pick up there was only 1 employee who had a customer with a booking issues and he was trying his best to sort things out while parallel was trying to help the other 3 persons in front of me and myself. I had to wait about 30 min and there were other 2 people behind me. It is not any fault of the employee as he was trying and did the best he can but i believe Hertz should have had another person on that desk as other agencies have.
